Malathi Ganesh

Director of Academics, Kriyanza Educare Pvt. Ltd

Ms. Malathi is a Counseling Psychologist with over 20 years of experience in the education industry. She has a Master of Arts Degree in Psychology, a Post-graduation in education administration, a Master of Arts Degree in Literature, and a Bachelors in education. Apart from this she has completed multiple courses to enhance her knowledge about early childhood care and education from reputed institutes like Yale University, US and ACE University, Singapore.

Previously she was the founding and academic director for a leading Preschool chain with over 275 centers across India. She has conducted over 200 positive parenting workshops in schools and corporations influencing over 10,000 parents in effective child nurturing. She has also trained over 2000 teachers in early childhood education.

A S Ganesh

Founder and Managing Director, Kriyanza Educare Pvt. Ltd

Mr. Ganesh is a successful entrepreneur in the education industry and has held various leadership roles in large Multinational corporations both in India and abroad.

Previously he was the Founding and Managing Director for a leading Preschool chain with over 275 centers across India. He was instrumental in growing that company from a single school to a national brand. He has spent the last 12 years in the education industry consulting and mentoring individuals in running successful educational institutions.
